Limited lifetime warranty for Polyaspartic Floor Coating
My Garage Floor Guys warrants its polyaspartic coated floors against defects in material or workmanship, including installation, for as long as you own the residence and is effective from the moment you pay your invoice. My Garage Floor Guys will repair any covered defects.
Defects covered under warranty:
- Abnormal discoloration due to UV light
- Delimitation, chipping, flaking, or peeling of the polyaspartic coating surface under normal use
- All material and labor cost involved with the required repair
Items NOT covered under warranty:
- Damage due to structural deficiencies including but not limited to slab cracking from any movement, shifting, or expansion/contracting
- Damage due to modification of the coated concrete slab
- Gouging or other damage due to fork lifts, or dragging or dropping heavy materials
- Vandalism
- Wear and tear from normal usage
- Areas of less than optimal bond due to imperfections of the substrate
- Delamination due to hydrostatic pressure
- Damage that results from improper misuse or abuse including but not limited to burns or exposure to fire, improper or lack of maintenance, cuts, scuffs, punctures from screws, nails or rocks, and mechanical impacts
- Damage due to acts of God, or accident
- Damage that results from chemical interaction, exposure to solvents, acids, or brake fluid
- Discoloration caused by liquids or rust
- Other elements beyond the scope of protection of this system nor causes not related to the system materials.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage does not include removal or re-coating of the entire floor area unless patch repair is
insufficient as determined by a My Garage Floor Guys representative. Areas repaired under warranty
could vary in color and texture compared to the original installation.
